PaceTracker is an independent self-documentation tool for APEGA registrants under the PACE framework. Shark Club members get 30 reserved seats.

Per apega.ca, APEGA enforces the CPD requirements at each renewal on or after November 1, 2026. Your PACE plan, activities, evidence and module dates can live in one place, ready to export when you need them.

01How to claim your seat

STEP 1

Create your account

Enter your email from this page. We send you a sign-in link: no password and no credit card, and you can open it on any device.

STEP 2

Complete the setup

Enter your designation and your APEGA renewal date. Your Shark Club seat is assigned the moment the setup is complete, while the offer is open (until November 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., Alberta time).

STEP 3

Your seat and your 36-month credit appear in Account

The Account page shows “Shark Club · seat n of 30” and your 36 months of service credit, which start counting on the day paid subscriptions start.

PACE Plan builder

All seven sections with Required and Recommended flags, qualitative self-evaluation across the four categories, sign-off and revisions with version history. Signed versions are frozen at the database level.

Activities & evidence vault

Log formal and informal CPD with the written explanation linking each activity to your plan skills. A guided builder turns a few short answers into that paragraph, in your own words, with no AI. Attach certificates and notes to a private, per-user storage vault.

myAPEGA module dates

A per-period checklist of the mandatory learning modules. Modules are completed on myAPEGA only — PaceTracker records the dates for your files.

Audit pack export

One PDF per CPD period: your plan (signed version when available), activities with the evidence index, and module dates — with a self-check against the PACE minimums, for your information.
