No. PaceTracker is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by APEGA, and it never sends anything to APEGA: you declare your CPD in myAPEGA and submit your application in the CBAT yourself. APEGA, myAPEGA and the CBAT are named only to describe what the tool helps you document.
You keep the same account. You declare your licence from the Account page, your Competency Log stays as a read-only archive, and you set up your CPD record under APEGA's PACE program from your renewal date.
In Canada (Montréal), for all three records, evidence files included. Reminder and setup emails are blind: they say a date is approaching or a step is waiting, and never contain your records.
No. PaceTracker uses no AI model, and your records are not sent to one. You write your plan, your activities and your competency examples yourself; the optional guided builder for CPD explanations only puts your own answers together by fixed rules.
Nothing is deleted. Until paid subscriptions start everything is free. After that, an expired subscription only stops creating and editing in the paid features: every record stays readable and exportable, and deleting your account and data stays in your hands.

PaceTracker documents CPD under APEGA's PACE framework, which applies to APEGA-registered professionals.
